The Mercedes team are once again present at the Bahrain International Circuit to complete one of their filming days. The German outfit had a very difficult start to their 2021 F1 season, with mechanical issues affecting the team's preparation on the first day of testing. Added to this was the fact that lead driver Lewis Hamilton made two uncharacteristic errors, which in turn fueled speculation that all was not well with the team 2021 challenger. Nevertheless, the team are present once again in Bahrain as they gain some extra mileage at Sakhir through the use of one of their filming days after foregoing a shakedown prior to the official test session.
