The Haas driver lineup has attracted its fair share of attention. Many believe that the pairing of Mick Schumacher and Nikita Mazepin is destined for fireworks, Mercedes chief Toto Wolff however believes otherwise.
Wolff explains that the impetus will be on Mick to ensure that there is a pleasant work environment.
"I don't think so," Wolff says when asked by RTL if Schumacher and Mazepin would clash.
"I see Mick as someone who does the talking on the track and not do big politics. What both don't need are fights off the track.
"It's really about learning, supporting the team and then eventually taking the next step."
Wolff finally offers some advice on how to get the best out of Mick.
"The most important thing is to take the pressure off Mick's shoulders," Wolff said.
"Of course, he has the great name of the best F1 driver of all time with a strong personality. But Mick is doing very well."
