McLaren has again brought updates ahead of this weekend's São Paulo Grand Prix in its hunt for the F1 constructors' and drivers' titles.
Lando Norris drove with a new floor in last weekend's Mexico City GP, and in Brazil, the Briton will now have a new rear wing at his disposal.
This is a very striking and extreme design, with a new shape of the central plate, a little like the curve of a spoon, while the DRS part maintains a steep angle. Thus, top speed increases when the rear wing is open on the straight.
The rear wing was designed specifically for the track in Brazil but it appears as if it could translate to other circuits where plenty of downforce is required. McLaren also carries a new beam wing.
The new parts should help Norris in the fight with Max Verstappen. The Briton needs to make up a 47-point deficit in the final four races and needs a strong result in Brazil. Verstappen, however, is due to receive a grid penalty for power unit component changes.
In addition to McLaren, only Stake F1 has brought updates. The Swiss team's cars have a new front suspension and beam wing.
Stake has yet to score a point this year, leaving it poised to finish last in the constructors' championship.
