Max Verstappen set an "lap record" at the Nurburgring when he tested a Ferrari GT3 car there last week, according to racing driver and YouTuber Misha Charoudin.
In his recap of his day at the "Green Hell", as the German circuit is affectionately known as, he mentions the Red Bull driver's outing.

Ford reiterate Christian Horner claim over new Mercedes F1 engine

Mick Schumacher handed F1 return boost
Mick Schumacher is being backed for a return to F1 next year by close friend Sebastian Vettel, as rumours of a move to Cadillac gather pace.
Schumacher is known to have attended the brand launch of the American team that will hit the F1 grid next year during the recent Miami Grand Prix weekend. He was also spotted speaking with the team's CEO Dan Towriss.
Toto Wolff to miss Imola F1 weekend for special reason
Toto Wolff will skip the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola, the second time the Mercedes team principal has missed an F1 weekend this season.
Whilst the first, at the Japanese Grand Prix, has become a regular round for the 53-year-old to not travel to, the second means Wolff will not be trackside for Kimi Antonelli's first home race in F1 - but for good reason.

F1 release final movie trailer ahead of summer blockbuster
F1 has released the final trailer for the new movie, titled F1, starring Brad Pitt.
The film will hit cinemas internationally on 25 June 2025, with the North American release following two days later.
