Ferrari has revealed an organisational restructure that will see Charles Leclerc work with a new race engineer from the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
Leclerc has been paired with his out-going race engineer Xavi Marcos since joining Ferrari from Sauber in 2019.
In Marcos' place will step Bryan Bozzi who has worked at Ferrari for 10 years, most recently as Leclerc's performance engineer.
Bozzi will now be the new voice in Leclerc's ear while the Monegasque driver is out on track, guiding him through the weekend.

Marcos' voice is one that is likely well known to avid F1 fans due to his messages to Leclerc often being broadcast over the television feed.
The Spaniard is known for his quip “We are checking” and has been an integral part of Leclerc's success at Ferrari so far, which includes five race wins, 23 pole positions and 33 podiums.
Leclerc has scored three podiums in the opening six races this year with his best result coming at the Australian Grand Prix, where he crossed the line in second behind team-mate Carlos Sainz.
Leclerc signed a multi-year agreement with Ferrari earlier this year before the Italian squad confirmed he would be joined at the team by Lewis Hamilton in 2025.
