Charles Leclerc faces a stewards' hearing following an alleged infringement during final practice.
Ferrari driver Leclerc has been summoned for allegedly failing to slow under yellow flags, with the incident timed at 1320 local time, 50 minutes into FP3.
Leclerc went on to finish second-quickest in the hour-long session which was punctuated by two red flags.
The Monégasque, who was quickest at the end of Friday's two practice sessions, trailed Mercedes' George Russell by just 0.013s.
Leclerc will be aiming for his fourth consecutive pole position around the Baku Street Circuit when qualifying commences at 1400 local time (1300 BST).
The 26-year-old, however, has failed to convert any of his three previous pole positions into victories, finishing fourth in 2021, retiring a year later, and third last season.
