Latest Imola weather: What's in store for the Emilia Romagna GP?

With the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix just hours away, the latest weather forecast hints at a possibility of rain.

The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix weekend has already been impacted by weather, and it looks like there is a small chance of rain again hitting the circuit for Sunday's race. Drivers were faced with slippery track conditions on Friday following heavy showers, though Saturday provided a dry and sunny day of running. Looking ahead to Sunday's main event, the latest weather forecast for Imola is in, with thanks to our friends at WeerOnline.nl. The morning looks set to be free of rain, but there is a possibility of light showers hitting in the afternoon, close to the race starting at 15:00 local time (14:00 BST). The chance of rain remains until the evening. Meanwhile, temperature-wise, a maximum of 18 degrees Celsius is predicted, with only a gentle breeze accompanying it.
