Lando Norris has been warned that he could be forced into taking the same path at McLaren as the axed Daniel Ricciardo.
Ricciardo was dumped by the team two years into a three-year deal at the end of 2022, to be replaced by Oscar Piastri who has worked with Norris to guide McLaren back to championship-winning ways, scooping the constructors' in 2024.

Max Verstappen has been told it is the "perfect timing" to leave Red Bull early as speculation grows around his future.
Verstappen is believed to have a clause in his contract stipulating he can leave Red Bull early if he is not in the top two in the drivers' championship by the summer break, with Red Bull struggling to regularly match the pace of the McLaren.

It is one of the great statistical oddities that the only female driver to score a point in a world championship grand prix, didn't.
Of the 1,130 world championship grands prix to take place as of the 2025 Saudi Arabian GP, 781 drivers have started at least one of them. 354 of those have scored at least one point, with the last driver to add their name to the list being Isack Hadjar with his eighth-place finish in Japan.

The three drivers besting Max Verstappen in crucial F1 comparison
Despite scoring 97.75% of Red Bull's points after five races of the F1 season, Max Verstappen does not top the list of drivers with the highest percentage of points scored against their team-mates.
As of the Saudi Arabian GP, Verstappen has 87 of Red Bull's 89 points, with only Yuki Tsunoda's ninth-place in Bahrain contributing anything to Red Bull's tally.

Red Bull introduced upgrades to the RB21 challenger in Saudi Arabia, but its inclusion in the overall package was almost done in disguise.
The team carried out work on the car on Thursday to refine the radiators and internal ducts ahead of the weekend, with the extent of the work leaving it to carry out pit stop practice almost three hours later than its rivals.
