McLaren have given fans a closer look at what went on behind the scenes over the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix weekend in a new video. After struggling during the season-opening race in Bahrain, the team showed improvement at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. However, the event ended in disappointment for Daniel Ricciardo, who was forced to retire on Lap 35 of 50 due to mechanical issues. In the footage released by McLaren, Ricciardo is seen showing his gratitude to the pit crew after returning to the garage, where they still manage to share a joke. He then speaks with the team on the pit wall, as they continue to watch Lando Norris in the race. The video also shows other aspects of the team's weekend in Jeddah, ranging from the drivers' parade to pre-race preparations. Watch the footage in full below!
