Christian Horner has played down the importance of a looming Liam Lawson Red Bull test following another poor showing from Sergio Perez.
Perez endured a bad British Grand Prix weekend, spinning off in Q1 during qualifying at Copse, beaching the Red Bull, before starting from the pit-lane following a power unit change.

Verstappen reveals 'risk' after fight for 'survival'
Max Verstappen has revealed that he took a "risk" in the closing stages of the British Grand Prix in the timing of his return to slick tyres, following a stint on the intermediates.
The reigning world champion had been as low as fifth during stages of the 12th round of this year's F1 season, but recovered brilliantly to salvage second.

FIA concedes Verstappen should have been issued rare F1 sanction
The FIA has conceded that Max Verstappen should have received a black and white warning flag during the controversial Austrian Grand Prix collision with Lando Norris.
On lap 64 of the race at the Red Bull Ring on June 30th, Verstappen and Lando Norris collided at Turn 3 whilst battling for the lead, with the stewards adjudging Verstappen to have moved in the braking zone, leading to the contact.

Ferrari announce key departure 'with immediate effect'
Ferrari has confirmed Enrico Cardile has left the Italian team "with immediate effect".
The Scuderia has also said that team principal Frederic Vasseur will oversee the Chassis Area of the team.

McLaren was "a little greedy" and must take "responsibility" in the two wrong calls that ruined its chances of victory in the British Grand Prix, believes Andrea Stella.
As rain fell at Silverstone, the McLaren appeared to be the fastest car on-track, evidenced by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri surging to the lead, but this presented a major problem when the change to intermediates was required.

Revealed: Norris team radio on costly British GP decision
Lando Norris was particularly harsh on himself following the British Grand Prix, feeling McLaren had once again thrown away a race victory.
The critical call for Norris centered around the switch back from intermediate to slick tyres and the compound of rubber he fitted.
