Lewis Hamilton does feature a so-called 'non-poaching' clause in his Mercedes contract that prevents him from taking key engineers to Ferrari.
A team spokesperson confirmed the existence of the clause to RacingNews365, with Hamilton forbidden from soliciting the services of long-time race engineer Peter Bonnington, or indeed any other senior engineer.

Good news for British Grand Prix fans as the race is set to remain on the calendar for another 10 years until 2034.
The current deal was set to expire after the race in July, but a new long-term 10 year has been agreed with F1 to keep Grand Prix racing at the Northamptonshire circuit which has exclusively held the race since 1987.
