Lewis Hamilton has secured an accolade at the FIA Prize Giving ceremony in Bologna taking the Action of the Year award.
The Briton endured a difficult season, with Mercedes struggling with a below-par car for the 2022 season.
However, in one of the rare competitive showings for the W13, Hamilton found himself in contention for the British GP win after a late Safety Car.
Racing against Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Red Bull's Sergio Perez, he passed both cars when the pair duelled at Silverstone.
The FIA drew up a shortlist of candidates from the various FIA racing categories, with the award, voted for by the fans, going to Hamilton for his double-overtake.
