Happy birthday, Lewis Hamilton!
Today, January 7, 2025, the Ferrari driver celebrates his 40th birthday. In doing so, the seven-time world champion is officially the second driver over 40 years old on the current F1 grid.
Of course, the other is Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso, who is a few years older at 43.
Over half of the Briton's life has been spent racing in the pinnacle of motorsport, having made his competitive debut for McLaren when he was 22.
At 23, he secured his first drivers' title, whilst his seventh was claimed at the age of 36 years old. Hamilton has experienced an incredible amount, with the goal being to achieve more with Ferrari.
