Haas has been fined €400 after Nico Hulkenberg broke the Formula 1 pit-lane speed limit in final practice for the Singapore Grand Prix. The German was clocked at 63.7kph, which is 39.5mph, with a limit in force for the weekend of just 60kph, 37.2mph. As usual with cases of speeding in practice, the team picks up a fine instead of the driver, although if it happens in a race, a driver is usually given an in-race time penalty. Friday practice was promising for the team at Marina Bay with Kevin Magnussen ninth and Hulkenberg in 11th.
