Nyck de Vries secured a shock victory in Formula E's second race of its Tokyo E-Prix double-header, with the weather having caused chaos again.
It was a near-identical affair to the second race in Shanghai, as rainfall ahead of the E-Prix saw drivers faced with a tyre pressure dilemma.
Yet again, it was those who gambled on a dry or intermediate tyre pressure who flew through the field as the circuit inevitably dried, with de Vries coming out at the front for his second win of the year.

But it was all eyes on Jake Dennis, who after qualifying in 18th also took the tyre pressure gamble and charged through the field late on to claim a huge third, moving him into the title lead.
A late red flag with two laps remaining following a multi-car collision did not trigger any chaos over the one-lap shootout, in what was a flat out ending.
Reigning world champion Oliver Rowland went for an intermediate set up and finished in fourth, with Jean-Eric Vergne completing the top five.
It was a disaster for Mitch Evans and Pascal Wehrlein who slipped to second and third in the standings, following a shocking race that ended with the duo in 15th and 17th.
