Ahead of next weekend's Formula E season finale in London, the championship has announced that the entire event will be aired in the UK on free-to-air television.

The series is currently aired behind a paywall on TNT Sports in the UK & Ireland; however, free-to-air channel Quest will be showing live coverage of the Formula E season finale.

Seven drivers head to London still in with a chance of claiming the world title, with the London event once again being held at the ExCeL Centre.

In the UK, Quest is available via Freeview (channel 12), Freesat (167), Virgin (137) and Sky (144). Formula E has received more live viewers than ever before this year, with London having every chance of smashing records.

The teams' title and manufacturers' championship are also set to be decided in the British capital, in a weekend of action that does not clash with F1's Hungarian Grand Prix.

“We’re delighted to be able to offer fans in the UK and Ireland the opportunity to watch the 2024 Formula E Hankook London E-Prix free-to-air on Quest," said Formula E CEO, Jeff Dodds.

"Along with the extended race weekend build-up and coverage from our media partner TNT Sports, it’s fantastic to be able to showcase the conclusion of this year’s Formula E championship live and free-to-air on an additional platform – especially for the UK’s home race – allowing even more viewers to watch all the exciting on-track action.

"With seven drivers mathematically in with a chance of winning the Season 10 title, it’s all to play for and the season finale promises to provide thrilling racing right down to the wire.”
