The FIA has confirmed that 15 drivers have been handed a warning following Formula E's second race of its Shanghai E-Prix double-header.
A staggering 16 of the 19 drivers who started the race, including race winner Lucas di Grassi and second-placed Jean-Eric Vergne, were investigated for allegedly failing to respect double-waved yellow flags at the final corner.
Zane Maloney suffered a suspension failure that forced him to retire from the race in the closing laps and pull to the inside of the start/finish straight at the Shanghai International Circuit.
After the 16 drivers were called before the stewards, it was decided time punishments would not be awarded; however, 15 of them received a warning.
Vergne was the exception, with no further action taken against the Frenchman, who claimed his first podium for Citroën.
