The FIA has revealed an updated start time for the 2024 F1 Qatar Grand Prix.
Qatar, the penultimate round of the 2024 season, will host its third grand prix on December 1.
The race at the Losail International Circuit was originally due to get underway at 20:00 local time (17:00 BST). However, it will now start an hour earlier.
It means the lights will go out at 19:00 local time (16:00 BST), whilst its sprint race and qualifying will start as originally scheduled.
A big concern with the 2023 Qatar GP was the intense heat which saw several drivers receive post-race medical attention.
This season's race in Qatar is taking place almost two months later, meaning scorching temperatures should be less of a concern.
RacingNews365 understands the Qataris asked the FIA to start the race an hour earlier.
All other remaining grands prix are unaffected.
