Stake F1 has alluded to an upcoming clue-based fan mission in London with a conspicuous social media post.

The clip, posted on Tuesday evening - a week prior to the F1 championship's inaugural season launch event, F1 75 Live - suggests the team is challenging fans to locate something in the United Kingdom's capital city, which will host the all-new event at the O2.

Showing a Stake banner draped off iconic London landmarks, the post is accompanied by the caption: "Something’s hiding ... 👀 Join our broadcast channel, clues dropping soon 🎟️"

What the team has planted for fans to find is not yet clear, but it is evidently part of a push to drive supporters to join its WhatsApp broadcast channel.

Stake is also taking the - thus far - novel step of auctioning off the show car that will adorn its 2025 livery from the event on February 18.

Each of F1's 10 teams will have seven minutes to present its new look to fans, with a variety of entertainment also planned.
