An overwhelming majority of F1 fans have pinned the blame on Lando Norris for the collision with Oscar Piastri during the Canadian Grand Prix.
Late on in the grand prix, the duo battled for fourth place, marking the first flashpoint between the two in their title fight.
As Norris looked to sneak up the inside of Piastri on the run to the first corner, he made contact with the rear of his teammate's car.
Norris' challenger suffered significant damage, forcing him to retire from the race and give Piastri a boost at the head of the standings.
RacingNews365 asked you, the fans, who was to blame for the clash.
Over 84 per cent of votes were delivered to Lando Norris, while just four per cent of people believe Piastri was to blame.
The fan poll result is in line with the general consensus at McLaren as Norris immediately held up his hands after the crash, while team principal Andrea Stella noted it was a “misjudgement” on the Briton's part.
