F1 owner Liberty Media faces an investigation into its denial of Andretti's bid to become the 11th team on the F1 grid.

The American corporation has been informed of an antitrust investigation by the United States Government, specifically the Department of Justice, into its handling of Andretti's application to join the F1 championship.

Horner accuser has appeal thrown out

An appeal of the verdict delivered to Red Bull team principal Christian Horner following an internal investigation earlier this year has been dismissed.

A Red Bull employee accused Horner of inappropriate behaviour, leading to an inquiry into the allegations.

Former F1 team owner backs Verstappen to exit Red Bull

Former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan has backed Max Verstappen to leave Red Bull and switch to Mercedes in the near future.

Verstappen has raced for Red Bull since 2016 and has enjoyed monumental success with the energy drink-backed team, taking three world championships and over 60 grand prix wins.

Shock candidate emerges in F1 Africa bid

Formula 1 bosses will meet with Rwanda next month as the East African country looks to host its own grand prix in the future.

F1 has not raced in Africa since 1993, with the South African Grand Prix once being a consistent feature of the schedule.

Wolff reveals extent of mental health struggles

Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has opened up on his struggles with mental health during his career in F1.

The Austrian took over at the helm of Mercedes in 2013 after being involved with the Williams F1 squad for several seasons.

Mercedes' Hamilton replacement decided with announcement in the works - report

Mercedes has made the call on who will replace Lewis Hamilton at the team next season, with an announcement to come over the weekend of the Italian Grand Prix.

This is according to Italian publication Autosprint, which reports that Andrea Kimi Antonelli will be confirmed as George Russell's team-mate for 2025 at Monza.
