Nine grands prix into his time with Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton has endured a highly challenging six months, raising the question if moving to Maranello was a mistake.
The seven-time world champion sits sixth in the F1 drivers' title and is 23 points adrift of team-mate Charles Leclerc, and a staggering 115 behind championship leader Oscar Piastri.
Former F1 driver David Coulthard already suspects the chances of an eighth crown are over for this year, with Leclerc being consistently the quicker Ferrari driver.
F1 steward Derick Warwick has also suggested that Hamilton might be considering calling an end to his illustrious career, believing he has underestimated how difficult joining Ferrari would be.
Consistency has been a major problem for the 40-year-old, who did claim sprint pole and sprint victory earlier this season in Shanghai.
Despite this, his qualifying and race performances have varied dramatically, whilst a grand prix podium for Ferrari continues to elude him.
Did Hamilton make a mistake joining Ferrari?
