Nyck De Vries is set to be confirmed to be racing at AlphaTauri for 2023 next week, sources told RacingNews365 . After impressing on his debut with Williams at the Italian Grand Prix, the Dutchman was in high demand and was said to be in talks with three teams. De Vries was seen with Helmut Marko in the days after the race and is now set to pair Yuki Tsunoda. The move means that Pierre Gasly is set to go to Alpine, filling up the seat left vacant by both Fernando Alonso and Oscar Piastri. An official announcement will be made by the team on the run up to the Japanese Grand Prix, the home race for engine supplier Honda. The move would mean that Red Bull will have two world champion drivers in their main and sister team on the F1 grid, after De Vries won the 2021 Formula E World Championship.
