Former F1 driver Martin Brundle has suggested the investigation into Red Bull Team Principal and CEO Christian Horner will not have "been helpful" for the Milton Keynes-based side, ahead of this weekend's season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix.
The investigation into Horner by Red Bull GmbH concluded at least for now on Wednesday evening, after it was announced that the Briton had been cleared of any wrongdoing.
Horner faced an internal investigation following allegations of inappropriate behaviour by a female employee. The investigation itself was announced in early February, with Horner having been subjected to a lengthy interview by an external specialist barrister.
From the very start of the investigation, Horner denied all allegations against him but the case overshadowed Red Bull's RB20 launch and pre-season testing in Bahrain.

On-track performance won't be impacted
"I don't think it's been helpful, that's without doubt," Brundle told Sky Sports F1 when asked about the investigation.
"I don't think it'll impact their performance. much at all. It wouldn't have helped it, as I said.
"But, you know, it's 1500 people focused... they've got a brilliant car, brilliant driver line-up. They know what they've got to do on a Formula 1 weekend, and they've been through the testing process.
"And they've got so much momentum and so much performance, I don't think we'll see an impact on the track, in that respect."
