Brundle hits out at 'interfering dick' Elon Musk

The former F1 racer has shared a dim opinion of the owner of the social networking site that was called Twitter.

Martin Brundle has labelled Elon Musk as a "globally interfering dick" after the X boss waded into British politics.

Musk bought Twitter in 2022 for $44 billion and re-named the site to X, purging most engineering staff, as he tries to make it a platform that allows free speech.

Musk, who is currently a key member of president-elect Donald Trump's inner circle as he prepares to take office on Janaury 20th, has bizarrely waded into British politics since the start of the year.

He has called for prime minister Keir Starmer to be imprisoned for, as Musk sees it, failing to imprison alleged child rapists when he was director of public prosecutions and for failing to order an inquiry.

This is despite Starmer overseeing a number of convictions with a full-scale inquiry held under the previous Conservative government into the allegations of child sexual abuse, with the findings and action recommended by the report yet to be acted on.

Following Musk's take-over, X has also become rife with racism and sexism, protected under his idea of free speech, as Brundle queried whether he should leave the site.

"I’m conflicted. I like Twitter/X and it has served F1, Sky, me, and people around me, very well for a good while," he wrote.

"But Elon Musk is such a daily globally interfering dick I feel the need to go somewhere else."

He then followed that up with another tweet that he would stick around to his 897,000 followers.
