Williams is facing a double disqualification from Singapore Grand Prix qualifying after technical breaches were found on the cars of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz.
Albon had qualified 12th, one place and 0.033s faster than Sainz in the sister FW47, but in regular post-session technical scrutineering, both cars were found to have exceeded the maximum limit of 85mm on both sides of the rear wing outer area.
As such, the DRS infringement places Williams outside of the technical regulations, with such matters leading to a disqualification, with the duo now set to start 19th and 20th.
Last time out in Azerbaijan, Esteban Ocon was disqualified from qualifying over another rear wing breach.
