Nyck de Vries has been summoned to the Formula 1 stewards following a debut points finish for Williams in the Italian Grand Prix.
The Dutch driver drove a composed race from eighth on his Grand Prix debut as Alex Albon was ruled out after Friday practice, suffering from appendicitis.
De Vries finished in ninth place having been part of a DRS train for the majority of the race, but bagged two points for Williams as he tries to secure a seat for the 2023 season.
However, during the late Safety Car period for Daniel Ricciardo's car retiring, de Vries was deemed to have driven "erratically."
Both he and a team representative were asked to report to the stewards at 17:30pm local time at Monza.
