Logan Sargeant's return to motorsport has been confirmed with a race seat in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS). American Sargeant was axed by Williams after poor performances in his second F1 season, being cut after the Dutch Grand Prix, where he crashed heavily during a wet FP3 and missed qualifying. Since then, Sargeant has tested an IndyCar, but is set to make his racing return in 2025 with Genesis Magma Racing in ELMS ahead of its planned entry to the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2026. He is set to be partnered by W Series champion and Indy Lights race-winner Jamie Chadwick and Mathys Jaubert behind the wheel of the Oreca-Gibson #18 machine.
