Rory Mitchell is an F1 journalist at RacingNews365. He joined the team midway through 2022 following a four year stint in motorsport PR.
During that period he worked with some of its biggest clients including FIA Formula E World Champion Jean-Eric Vergne, fuel and safety equipment suppliers and an online driver development website.
Rory studied Journalism at the University of Sheffield. Alongside his studies, he freelanced with Autosport Magazine and Motorsport News covering national and international motorsport.
F1 has been his life’s passion, first watching it when he was six years old in the days of Michael Schumacher versus Mika Hakkinen when it was broadcast on ITV in the UK. His first race in person was the 2012 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, attended with father Philip.
