Audi has marked a new chapter in its long-running relationship with Öhlins by confirming the suspension specialist as its official supplier.
The Swedish company, which became part of the Brembo Group in January 2025, has been working with Audi on a joint development programme covering engineering, testing and damper performance since before the team's grand prix debut back in March.
That groundwork has now been formalised into an official partnership, coinciding with Audi's first campaign in Formula 1.
The deal is not Öhlins' first involvement with the Ingolstadt manufacturer. Between 1999 and 2016, Audi Sport competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans using Öhlins dampers across several generations of its sports prototypes, a period that yielded 13 overall victories at the French endurance classic.
Öhlins also supplied dampers for Audi's DTM programme in the 2000s, including for the Audi A4 DTM that was introduced in 2004.
Discussing the new agreement, Öhlins Group Engineering Director Urban Herslöf said the partnership represented a significant point in the company's motorsport history.
"We are proud to partner with Audi Revolut F1 Team in its debut season," said Herslöf.
"For Öhlins, this is a defining moment for our legacy in motorsport, and a powerful platform for us to extend our collaboration with Audi and help shape a new era of automotive performance."
