Aston Martin F1 partners with EPOS for 2021 season

The historic British marque is making its return to Formula 1 in 2021 after a 60 year absence, and the team has announced that it will work with Danish audio-visual manufacturer EPOS as its global audio partner in the forthcoming season.

Aston Martin has entered into a partnership with Danish company EPOS, a specialist in audio and video solutions, which will provide communications infrastructure for the British team in the forthcoming season. The team said that the partnership will give it access to some of the most advanced audio solutions on the market which will be used both in the trackside set up as well as in factory-based operations. Otmar Szafnauer, Aston Martin Team Principal and CEO, said: "We are delighted to welcome EPOS as our Global Audio Partner. Precise and streamlined communication helps to define a successful Formula One Team and it can directly translate into success on the track – whether that’s a call made from the pit wall or in our processes back at the factory as we strive for greater performance. "Considering the importance of effective communication, EPOS is an ideal partner for the team. Its passion for high technology and approach to innovation resonate with our values and are intrinsic to Formula One as a sport."
