It was exactly 17 years ago today that MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi got behind the wheel of a Ferrari F1 car. He made an impression, which fuelled rumours of a switch to the series. However he isn't the only car and motorsport here to get a taste of F1.
Valentino Rossi is no stranger to Formula 1, with his most recent adventure in the sport seeing him drive the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton.
