Miami GP organisers announce quirky paddock changes for 2023

The organisers of the Miami Grand Prix have revealed the unusual infrastructure changes being made for the 2023 event.

Wholesale changes to the Miami GP paddock and support buildings, including the utilisation of the Hard Rock Stadium, will be implemented in time for the 2023 event. Following the success of the inaugural event, the Miami GP organisers are expanding the circuits facilities for the coming event. The existing pit garages are set to have a new Paddock Club building installed above them, whilst the Formula 1 paddock will be expanded onto the field of the Hard Rock Stadium. The organisers also confirmed that the circuit would be resurfaced, although no changes to the layout of the track are being made. The organisers are also targeting an increase in hospitality capacity, and claim that they will "enhance" the MIA Marina, Hard Rock Beach Club, and F1 Fan Zone. The 2022 Miami GP was a head-turning event, drawing attention with features such as the fake marina, installed at Turns 6, 7 and 8. The Miami Grand Prix will take place on 7th May.
