Mercedes confirm Hamilton treated by team doctor after Hungarian GP

Lewis Hamilton was left feeling unwell following the Hungarian Grand Prix, a race in which he battled up to third after slipping down the order following the restart.

Mercedes have confirmed that Lewis Hamilton is with the team doctor after feeling unwell following the Hungarian Grand Prix. A statement on the Silver Arrows' social media explained that the British driver has been experiencing fatigue and mild dizziness. Hamilton had a busy race at the Hungaroring. After starting from pole, the seven-times World Champion managed to avoid the opening lap chaos at Turn 1 which saw several drivers eliminated. The race was red-flagged and, whilst he slipped down the order, he managed to work his way back up through the field to eventually finish in third. Here's wishing Hamilton a speedy recovery.
